 My name is Akash Kumar, I live in Delhi [ I am basically from Utter Pradesh but currently staying in Delhi ] 

I am doing/did my graduation B.COM from XYZ university Delhi, currently, I am pursuing MBA at XYZ university. I belong to a nuclear family. I have 5 members in my family. I am the elder one, My father does private work and my mother is a housewife.

My Strength is I am a self-motivated, hardworking, goal-oriented, and disciplined person. My Skill is I am fresher but I quit good in tally, MS excel and basis of the computer. 

My Weakness is I do not like to sit unusable/unnecessarily. I do not like to talk about something stupid unless when I give my 100% to my work and I am also an emotional person. 

My short-term goal is to get a job in a reputed company and my long term goal is to achieve a good position where I build my career and help the organization.

Why should I hire you: As a fresher, I am interested in learning new things as a student I learn theoretical things but I waiting for an opportunity to implement them in a practical way, If you will hire me I will do my best.

How to motivate you: It was only my dream and my family is also a big motivation for me positive thoughts always motivate me and make me work to achieve my goals and targets.

my parents struggled a lot in their life, but they never let me struggle with anything, which always motivate me to get a good job and make them proud and make their dreams come true.
